European queens charm the crowd in Filipiniana for Miss Intercontinental

Over 80 delegates walked the stage in the finest Filipino couture on Thursday for the 47th Miss Intercontinental pageant's Filipiniana Fashion Show.

Beauty queens from Europe looked stunning in creations that featured elaborate headdresses and tassels for days. Deconstructed sleeves and weave patterns won the crowd.

Joey Staerkle of Wales closed the show wearing a grand Filipiniana emblazoned with pearls. 

The 47th Miss Intercontinental coronation night will be held on January 26 at the Mall of Asia Arena. — GMA News
