Get your feet (and hands) on these sustainable Disney-inspired adidas sneakers that are now available in the Philippines!

The iconic Stan Smiths,  loved by many has been upgraded to match everyone’s love for Disney and the environment through its new designs.

There's one featuring Kermit the Frog from "The Muppets," a clever take on "Toy Story," as well as Pixar and Marvel characters. 

“Each pair features unique details and references to the characters, such as graphic outsoles, embossed details, bold graphics, playful prints, and additional lace options,” they said in a statement.

While the designs are super cute, we're digging extra hard the fact that the sneakers are environmentally friendly.

According to Adidas, the entire collection features a PRIMEGREEN upper — a series of high-performance fabric made with recycled materials and no virgin plastic — and a recycled rubber outsole for their journey to end plastic waste.

It also has the phrase “It’s Not Easy Being Green” embossed across both heel tabs.

The sneakers’ prices range from P4,800 to P5,800 and they are available through adidas’ website.

We haven't worn shoes in more than year so perhaps these would make a good choice for when we make our debut to the outside world. — LA, GMA News
