Herlene Budol reveals how much her ‘Tatak Hipon’ gown cost

The “Tatak Hipon” gown Herlene Nicole Budol wore at the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 coronation event cost almost half a million pesos!

The beauty queen made the revelation on Instagram Wednesday, expressing her gratitude to Wilbert Tolentino, her manager. 

“Ang Tatak Hipon Gown [na] linaban ko sa Binibining Pilipinas ay inabot almost half [a million]. Thank you, [Wilbert Tolentino] sa pagmamahal at effort [na] ibinigay mo sa akin,” she said.

She also thanked her friend Madam Inutz, who helped Tolentino buy from Thailand the Swarovski crystals used on her gown.

On his vlog, meanwhile, Tolentino said the gown cost P450,000.

He added that three kinds of Swarovski crystals were used: eye-shaped chunky, lochrose round one hole stones , and strass Swarovski crystal topazes.

During the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 coronation night last month, Herlene was named first runner-up. She also bagged seven special awards. — Franchesca Viernes/BM, GMA News
