Sharon Cuneta clears air over shopping incident in Korea, denies expecting VIP treatment

Sharon Cuneta has urged netizens to end the online ruckus over the shopping incident featured on her YouTube vlog in South Korea.

In her unboxing video of the items she bought in Prada and Louis Vuitton, the Megastar once again sought to clear the air on the issue of her getting turned away from Hermes.

Sharon already previously said that she is fine with what happened and she knows that stores have protocols regarding admitting customers entry.

"Once and for all sabihin ko lang po—I know, of course I know, that you need an appointment with an Hermes boutique before you can go."

Sharon said she was not angry at all that she could not enter the Hermes store because she was just hoping to be given entry as she only wanted to buy a belt.

As for the Pretty Woman clip inserted by her editor in the vlog, she said Sharonians found it cute and it was not meant to offend anyone.

She also addressed people who thought she expected VIP treatment during her shopping.

So parang, why will you expect VIP treatment?" she said.

Sharon also said there was no discrimination involved in the incident, as she is Asian just like Koreans.

"Let's forget about na. Nakakahiya naman. 'Wag na natin silang istorbohin. Di ko alam bat lumaki 'yun," she said.
