The “Maria Clara at Ibarra” star stunned on the cover of Cosmopolitan Philippines in her modern Filipiniana couture and accessories.

“I always like to kid myself, ‘that as a model’ hahahaha! Because I know it’s physically demanding to be one,” she said in her caption. “I am anything but the ‘model type’ and I am totally fine with that. I’ve always loved myself, all the fluffyness and petiteness of it lol.”

The award-winning Kapuso actress added that through the cover, she is so proud to also “recognize and emphasize the one thing [she loves] doing, acting.”

“A model with purpose. Oha! Laban kayo? Hahahaha!!!” she said.

Barbie also took the opportunity to thank her loved ones and supporters at this point in her life.
