Heart Evangelista champions OPM in her videos for Milan Fashion Week
Heart Evangelista is taking it up a notch for this month's Milan Fashion Week by using Original Pinoy Music (OPM) in her fashion content and bringing nostalgia to Filipino fans.
On Instagram, the Global Fashion Icon shared several reels in recent days, highlighting the outfits she wore for the runway shows of MARNI, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, Max Mara, Prada, Moschino, Tods, and Missoni, among others.
Some of the songs Heart used in her videos were hits from late '90s to early 2000s, including "Hallelujah" by Bamboo, "Huwag na Huwag Mong Sasabihin" by Kitchie Nadal, "Magasin" by Eraserheads, "Makita Kang Muli" by Sugarfree, "Tala" by Sarah Geronimo, "Kung Wala Ka" by Hale, "Kaleidoscope World" by Francis Magalona, "Stars" by Callalily, and "Narda" by Kamikazee.
Aside from throwback OPM, she also used 2023 smash hit "GENTO" by SB19!
Heart is a big name in fashion weeks worldwide, including Paris and Milan. She was unable to attend New York Fashion Week this September due to prior commitments.
Heart renewed her contract with GMA Network this year and is currently the President of the Senate Spouses Foundation, Inc. (SSFI).
