Myrna Esguerra exudes poise, confidence at Miss International 2025 preliminary competition
Myrna Esguerra brought her A-game to the Miss International 2025 preliminary competition on Monday!
The Filipina beauty queen graced the evening gown competition in Tokyo, Japan, wearing a radiant yellow halter gown, embellished with delicate beads and a Solihiya woven pattern, a stunning creation by Filipino fashion designer Rich Sabinian.
"Shining in a radiant color of the Sun in the Philippine flag, symbolizing life, hope, and the enduring brilliance of the Filipino spirit," Binibining Pilipinas said.
"The bodice is a breathtaking fusion of hand-embroidered Solihiya motifs and delicate Kalado detailing, marrying two pillars of Filipino craftsmanship."

The organization added that the gown's embroidery takes after the eight rays of the Philippine sun.
"The overall effect is one of radiance and heritage, a gown that embodies the warmth of the Philippine sun, the intricacy of Solihiya weaving, and the timeless delicacy of Kalado artistry," it said.
In the swimsuit round, Myrna looked confident and elegant as she donned a white one-piece swimsuit, gracefully showing off her pasarela.
Myrna arrived in Japan in November for the Miss International 2025 competition.
While in Japan, she visited the Philippine Embassy, where she was warmly welcomed by the Filipino community and Deputy Head of Mission Christian L. De Jesus.
Last week, she shared that her national costume is inspired by the sampaguita.
The pageant is set for November 27 in Tokyo, where she will vie for the country's seventh crown.
