Supermodel Karlie Kloss slams PAL after missing flight


Supermodel Karlie Kloss lost her temper over an incident with Philippine Airlines (PAL) on Monday. 

The 23-year-old didn't divulge much information on the incident, but it warranted a public complaint in Twitter which quickly went viral.

"[Philippine Airlines] has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. Most BUDGET AIRLINE. Rude & disrespectful. Shame on You," her post read.

Attached is a photo of her with the text, "No one [flies] Philippine Airlines...and now I know why."

The photo was initially shared in Karlie's Snapchat account.

 

 

In her other posts in Snapchat, it was revealed that she missed her flight and consulted PAL's customer service for help.

But Karlie was far from satisfied from the service she was given.

"I travel international on a weekly basis and I have never had a worse customer experience than I have tonight. Thanks Philippine Airlines," she said in a Snapchat video.

PAL took notice of the former Victoria's Secret model's complaint on Twitter.

In a series of tweets, PAL apologized for the incident and asked for her ticket details and email address so they could resolve the issue.
