Kate Valdez conquers fear of water, tries free diving for the first time

Kate Valdez has conquered her fear of water as she tried free diving lessons for the first time.

On Instagram, Wednesday, Kate shared videos and photos of herself clad in full swimming gear during her free diving lessons in South Palms Resort Panglao in Bohol.

"I’ve never have imagined that I could do diving!  For those who don’t know, I have a fear of water, especially the parts where I can’t touch the floor or see the bottom of the sea," Kate shared.

In the videos she posted, Kate was seen trying free diving in the pool before officially swimming in the ocean.

"This was my first time doing lessons for free diving and surprisingly I loved it!" she added.

Kate thanked those who helped her conquer her fear.

"Thank you for letting me discover a new found passion that I wanna pursue in my everyday life!" she wrote.
