Gotchabell, Emma Tiglao explore Camiguin
Miss Grand International 2025 first runner-up Sarunrat Puagpipat, also known as Gotchabell, spent some relaxing time in Camiguin with none other than her MGI sister Emma Tiglao.
On Instagram, the Thai beauty queen shares some snaps from their trip to the "Island Born of Fire." In the photos, Emma and Gotchabell can be seen stopping by a falls and at the famous Sunken Cemetery.
"Thank you for the most beautiful eight days in the Philippines," Gotchabelle said.
"We traveled to a small island to film a short movie, blending work with adventure. I woke up surrounded by breathtaking nature, lived simply, and discovered beauty in everyday moments — in new places, new faces, and a new way of life," she added.
Gotchabell got stranded in the country after the typhoon delayed her return to Thailand.
"Thank you, Emma, for reminding me of the burnt toast theory — sometimes delays are not bad luck, but quiet protection. Maybe this storm came to save us from something worse and gift us something better," Gotchabell said.
She said the prolonged stay gave her extra time to rest, to connect, to build new friendships, to share stories over Filipino food, to learn Tagalog, and to truly feel the warmth of this land and its people.
"Thank you, Emma, and all your friends, for taking such gentle care of me and making me feel that the Philippines feels just like home."
"I now understand why so many people fall in love with this country — the kindness, the smiles, the easy laughter, even between strangers," Gotchabell continued.
Ending her post, Gotchabell expressed heartfelt gratitude for the Philippines, promising to return the love to Filipinos who visit Thailand.
"One day, when you visit my home, I'll return the love — with Thai food, night markets, sweet desserts, and warm hospitality… and yes, you can say "Pautang" as much as you want, because that one will be on me," she quipped.
Gotchabell was in the Philippines for a fan meet with Emma called the "BELLMA 1st Fan Meeting" on February 1 at a cafe in Quezon City.
Emma won the golden crown during the pageant's coronation night in Bangkok, Thailand in October 2025.
She made "herstory" on the Miss Grand International 2025 stage, securing back-to-back titles for the Philippines after CJ Opiaza took over the 2024 crown.
During their pageant journey, Emma and Gotchabell formed a close bond as they were roommates. The two previously attended a fashion event in Bangkok.
