Barely a week after implementing a price rollback, oil firms raised anew the prices of some of their fuel products early Tuesday.

Shell, Petron and Total implemented the price hikes on products ranging from regular to diesel to premium and kerosene, radio dzBB reported.

The price hikes took effect at 6 a.m., the report said.

Petron and Total raised prices of regular gas by 60 centavos per liter; premium gas by 25 centavos per liter; and diesel by 30 centavos per liter.

Shell raised prices of premium gas by 25 centavos per liter; and diesel by 30 centavos per liter.

On the other hand, Petron also raised prices of kerosene by 30 centavos per liter.

The oil firms cited movements in the world prices of oil as the reason for the price adjustment.
