Boulevard Holdings hires Jones Lang for Puerto Azul development

Boulevard Holdings Inc. and Cala Paniman Inc. signed a contract with property consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle Philippines to market the Puerto Azul properties in Ternate, Cavite, to qualified investors.   "The contract involves the exclusive marketing of Puerto Azul properties to attract and engage qualified partners and investors who will expand and develop Puerto Azul in cooperation with, and under the terms and conditions acceptable to BHI and CPI," Mauro Badiola, Boulevard Holdings vice president for finance, noted in a disclosure with the Philippine Stock Exchange on Wednesday.   The development covers the 3,000-hectare Puerto Azul properties Boulevard Holdings has been looking for foreign and local partners to develop place in Ternate.   Boulevard Holdings earlier acquired Cala Paniman Inc. for P100 million under a seven-year payment term.   Cala Paniman developed the 21-hectare Cresta Grande, a seaside subdivision overlooking Corregidor Island and West Philippine Sea.   Cala Paniman is now Boulevard Holdings’ master partner for the Puerto Azul complex.   Boulevard Holdings also owns and operate Friday's Boracay Island beach resort in Aklan and in Puerto Galera. —VS, GMA News
