Another independent oil company rolled back prices of its petroleum products during the weekend.
Flying V announced that its rollback went into effect 12:01 a.m. Sunday, according to a report on state-run Philippines News Agency.
The company rolled back prices of premium and unleaded gasoline by 40 centavos per liter, and diesel by 50 centavos per liter.
PNA said Flying V explained the price adjustment was due to "price movements in the international petroleum market."
On Saturday, another independent oil player, Seaoil, similarly rolled back prices of its products.
Only last Tuesday, other oil companies raised prices of their products including regular gas, premium and unleaded gas, kerosene, and diesel. — ELR, GMA News
