No power, water in bicol
GMA News' Steve Dailisan reported power and water services were cut off in Legazpi City in Albay.
Some patients at a hospital in Legazpi City were evacuated after the emergency room was flooded.
On the other hand, some houses at Barangay San Roque in Legazpi City were washed away by big waves.
Recovery efforts
In Camarines Sur, however, Rep. Ma. Leonor "Leni" Robredo said Naga City has started recovery efforts.
"Naga City started recovery efforts as soon as Glenda turned its back. Too much devastation but already on the road to recovery," she said.
A report by RGMA Naga's Boy Reita Jr. said 922 families were staying in evacuation centers and churches in the city.
