Century Pacific's warehousing subsidiary gets SEC green light

Century Pacific Food Inc. has received the nod from the Securities and Exchange Commission to put up a subsidiary that will manage its warehousing facilities.

 

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange Tuesday, Century Pacific said it received the certificate of incorporation issued by the SEC for Allforward Warehousing Inc.

 

"AWI... was formed to engage in the business of operating warehouse facilities," the disclosure read.

 

Century Pacific was the second company to list on the PSE this year.

 

Apart from Century Tuna, the company produces the 555 canned sardines and tuna as well as Argentina and Swift canned meats and Angel and Birch Tree canned and powdered milk. – Danessa O. Rivera/VS, GMA News
