DoubleDragon to build Jollibee Tower in Ortigas Center

Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) and DoubleDragon Properties Corp. signed an agreement to build a 40-story office and commercial tower in Ortigas Center.

 

The construction starts in the fourth quarter of 2015, according to separate disclosures from companies on Wednesday. The Jollibee Tower is expected to be completed in 2018.

 

JFC said DoubleDragon will construct the building in a 3,000 square-meter property in the corner of F. Ortigas Road and Garnet Road.

 

The tower will be designed as a "Grade A" structure to secure a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. – Tino Pamintuan/VS, GMA News
