LRT Lines 1 and 2 operating schedule for Christmas and New Year holidays

Lines 1 and 2 of the Light Rail Transit will have shorter operating hours during the coming holidays.
The LRT-1 will begin as usual at 5:00 a.m. on December 24, but with the last trip scheduled running earlier. The last northbound trip from Baclaran to Roosevelt starts at 7:30 p.m. while the last southbound trip from Roosevelt to Baclaran starts at 8:00 p.m.
The normal operating schedule of LRT-1 is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and 5:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. during weekends and holidays.
On December 31, the northbound LRT-1 will be from 5:00 am to 6:30 p.m. and the southbound will be from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The LRT-2 will also have a shorter operating schedule during the holidays.
Westbound Santolan to Recto on December 24 runs from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., while the eastbound Recto to Santolan will be from 5:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
On December 31, westbound trips will be scheduled from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. while eastbound trips will be from 5:00 a.m to 7:30 p.m.
In the case of the Metro Rail Transit Line-3, the office of Metro Rail Transit Authority Director for Operations, Renato San Jose, said a proposed schedule is up for approval at the general manager's office. – Jon Viktor D. Cabuenas/VS, GMA News
