PCSO resumes Keno, Scratch-It games

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Saturday resumed the operations of Keno Game and Instant Sweepstakes Scratch-It schemes.

The resumption of the gaming schemes operations was pursuant to President Rodrigo Duterte's order to lift the suspension.

The order took effect on Sept. 28, Saturday.

In July, Duterte, citing corruption, ordered a halt in all gaming operations with franchises, licenses or permits granted by the PCSO.
