Alveo stands to gain P9B from Parkford Suites Legazpi

Alveo Land Corp., Ayala Land Inc.’s upscale brand, on Thursday said it stands to generate some P9 billion in sales from Parkford Suites Legazpi, its newest development in Makati City.

Located at the corner of Gamboa and Salcedo Streets in Legazpi Village, Parkford Suites is a 35-storey residential tower with an average launch price of P55 million per unit.

“Parkford Suites Legazpi is designed to fulfill the market’s need for an exclusive Makati City Business District residence. It offers prime parkside living within a major business district,” said Rufino Gutierrez, Alveo’s chief operating officer.

The project is located across Washington Sycip Park and Legazpi Active Park in Makati City’s central business district.

With turnover scheduled in 2026, Parkford Suites will have a total of 163 units, with seven residences per typical floor.

Units are configured into two-bedroom and three-bedroom spaces, having an average size of 151 square meters at a launch price of P370,000 per square meter.
