BDO mobile banking app not yet accessible on iPhones with iOS 14

BDO Unibank, Inc. on Saturday advised its clients that the bank's mobile banking app is not yet accessible on iPhones updated to the recently released iOS 14 mobile operating system. 

"To our customers who recently updated their iPhones to the new iOS 14: You will get a security notification that prevents you from opening the BDO Mobile Banking app. This is because of the recent iOS update," BDO said in an advisory posted on social media.

"Please rest assured we are working on making the app fully supported on iOS 14," it added.

"We apologize for this inconvenience," the bank said.

It advised clients to do their digital banking via bank's website, www.bdo.com.ph. 

During its annual Apple developer conference last June, Apple Inc. said the iOS 14 has added features such as a new look for the home screen, an easy way to manage apps, a digital car key, translation feature, among others. —KG, GMA News
