Splash Corp products to be distributed in Nigeria

Listed personal care company Splash Corp. announced that it has signed another memorandum of understanding for its products to be distributed in Nigeria and other West African countries. In a statement, the company said it signed the agreement with Obix Trust Tobe its Lagos-based exclusive distributor in Nigeria and West Africa. Obix Trust has initially purchased SkinWhite and Extract products in 2007 and is now looking to purchase eight to 10 containers of various brands and products that will include Extraderm and Maxi-Peel in 2008. Nigeria is the most populated country in Africa with about 130 million people. Jessin Soriano, president and chief operating officer of Splash, explained that "Nigeria offers us another opportunity to target mainstream consumers with our innovative, value-differentiated products. We are hopeful that Nigeria can help us establish credibility and build our international business." The International Operations group of Splash Corporation also recently signed memoranda of understanding with distributors in Brazil, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. - GMANews.TV
