LRT-2 delays expected as signaling system undergoes upgrade

Due to the upgrading of the Light Rail Transit Line 2's signaling system,  the LRT-2 management advised passengers to allocate more time for the journeys.

In an advisory, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) announced the replacement of the communication link and the upgrading of interlocking module of the signaling system project to ensure the safety of the rail line.

The project will start on February 15, 2022, and continue until the end of March.

(There may be delays in the arrivals and departures of the trains from the station due to the upgrade of the signaling system of the LRT-2.

We appeal for understanding due to the temporary disruption this may bring. To avoid being late for appointments, we advise passengers to allocate more time for their trips.)
