BPI says cash-in to GCash still free

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) on Friday reiterated that cash-in transactions to mobile e-wallet service GCash remain free of charge.

From BPI mobile, users must select “Payments/Load” from the menu, then select “Load E-wallet.” Fill in the details and select an e-wallet.

They must confirm details of their transaction and enter a mobile key to approve.

From the GCash app, on the other hand, under the user’s “My Linked Accounts,” select “BPI.” Then enter the amount and select an account, and enter the one time pin. —Richa Noriega/DVM/KG, GMA News
