Move It lures more riders with addt’l income through ad partnerships

Grab-backed motorcycle taxi firm Move It is attracting riders to its platform with an additional income stream through wearing advertising campaign materials on their safety vests.

In a statement, Move It said it introduced the “Advertiser Vests Program,” which will provide extra revenue to its rider-partners on top of what they earn through in-app bookings and post-service tipping.

The company said that it sealed partnerships with Shell, Caltex, Mobil, Tyremart Inc., and Generika for the advertising campaign initiative.

With an additional revenue stream to be provided, Move It said it is intensifying efforts to attract more rider-partners into its platform.

“As we offer commuters motorcycle-hailing service… We also remain determined to help our rider-partners and their families achieve financial security and stability,” Move It general manager Wayne Jacinto said.

Move It said that it was in charge of the production, management, and deployment of the vest ads.

The company said the earnings of rider-partners would vary based on the length of the ad campaign. —NB, GMA Integrated News
