Bank schedules for Holy Week 2025
Most branches of Philippine banks will be closed during the Holy Week holidays, but their digital banking services and automated teller machines (ATMs) will continue to be available.
Below are advisories from lenders that have so far announced schedules for the week, as Malacañang earlier declared April 17, Maundy Thursday, and April 18, Good Friday, as regular holidays; and April 19, Black Saturday, as a special non-working day:
Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI): All branches will be closed from April 17, 2025 until April 19, 2025.
BPI and Robinsons Bank channels will also be temporarily unavailable from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, for the first batch of system integration activities related to the merger of the two parties.
BDO Unibank Inc.: Branches will be closed on April 17 to 19. BDO Online, BDO Pay, and ATMs and cash deposit machines will be available for banking needs.
China Banking Corp. (Chinabank): All branches will be closed from April 17 to April 19, 2025. The regular banking schedule will resume on April 21, 2025.
East West Banking Corp. (EastWest): Non-mall based EastWest stores will be closed on April 17 and 18, 2025, while some of the mall-based stores will be open on select days.
Land Bank of the Philippines: All Landbank branches will be open until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16. Branches will be closed on April 17 and 18.
Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (Metrobank): Some branches will be closed or have adjusted banking hours from April 17 to 19, 2025.
Philippine National Bank: Select branches will be open.
Security Bank Corp.: All branches will be closed from April 17 to April 20, 2025.
