Century Properties eyes P1.3-B revenues from Azure North Estate in Pampanga
Antonio-led Century Properties Group Inc. (CPGI) on Monday said it is looking to generate some P1.3 billion in revenues from its new house-and-lot enclave in the 7.8-hectare Azure North Estate in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Dubbed as the Azure North Townvillas, CPGI said its latest foray is a response to the rising demand for upscale, low-density residential options in San Fernando, with 70% of the entire inventory already sold.
“It forms a part of strategy to offer premium horizontal developments, supporting our long term vision of creating value for stakeholders and keeping pace with the evolving needs of Filipino families,” CPGI president and chief executive officer Marco Antonio said in a regulatory filing.
The development draws on a “beach-inspired” look, with alabaster-colored facades to resemble coral formation, catering to large and starting families seeking a more permanent address north of Manila.
Primarily engaged in the development and sale of mid- and high-rise condominiums and single-detached homes, Century Properties counts as subsidiaries Century Communities Corp., Century City Development Corp., PHirst Park Homes Inc., and Century Destinations and Lifestyle Corp., among others.
The company was included in the Global equity index Series (GEIS) - Microcap Index of the Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE), effective September 22, 2025.
Century Properties posted a P2.443-billion net income in 2024, reflecting a 31.7% growth from the P1.855 billion the previous year.
Shares in the company closed Monday at P0.67, unchanged from last Friday’s finish.—AOL, GMA Integrated News
