Cecile Ang, ex-DOTr chief Jaime Bautista join PSE board


The Philippine Stock Exchange Inc. (PSE) on Wednesday announced key changes in its directors, with the entry of two officials following the resignations of Ferdinand Constantino and Andrew Jerome Gan.

Cecile Ang, daughter of tycoon Ramon Ang, was elected as non-broker director of the company to represent investors, as nominated by San Miguel Corporation Retirement Plan. She will take the place of Constantino, who resigned effective Thursday, November 27.

Former Transportation Secretary and Philippine Airlines chief Jaime Bautista was also voted independent director of the company to succeed Gan who resigned on November 5, 2025.

The PSE Board is chaired by Jose Pardo, and counts as directors Ramon Monzon, Diosdado Arroyo, Eddie Gobing, Edgardo Lacson, Wilson Sy, Anthony Te, Jose Arnulfo Veloso, Marilyn Victorio-Aquino, and Vivian Yuchengco.

Independent directors include Teresita Leonardo-de Castro, Peter Favila, and Vicente Panlilio.

The PSE reported a consolidated net income of P738.814 million for the period ending September, as operating revenues grew 92.22% to P2.005 billion, while total expenses climbed 71.92% to P1.06 billion. — BM, GMA Integrated News
