Deadline for 13th month pay report set on January 15, 2026
By GMA Integrated News
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) announced that the deadline for the 13th Month Pay Compliance Report will be on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
In a social media post on Monday, DOLE said the mandatory requirement ensures transparency and compliance with labor laws.
Private companies may submit the 13th-month pay report at reports.dole.gov.ph.
The 13th-month pay applies to all rank-and-file employees in the private sector, regardless of position, employment status, or wage payment method, provided they have worked for at least one month during the calendar year.
The minimum 13th-month pay is equivalent to one-twelfth of the employee's total basic salary earned during the year. — Mariel Celine Serquiña/BAP, GMA Integrated News
