Avida Land launches ₱3.1-B condo development to rise in Katipunan, QC
Avida Land, the mid-market unit of Ayala Land Inc., on Tuesday launched a vertical residential development to rise in Quezon City’s Katipunan corridor to cater to students of premier schools along the area.
At a press briefing in Makati City, Avida Land unveiled its “The Heights Katipunan” project with an investment cost of about P3.1 billion.
The Heights Katipunan, now under a pre-selling stage, is targeted to be completed by September 2030.
Avida Land’s latest residential development of 33 residential floors will offer 758 units on a 1,833-square-meter land area.
Unit types include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 21 to 68 square meters, catering to a range of lifestyle needs.
“The Heights Katipunan continues to be a strong investment location, supported by its role as an education hub and its long-term residential appeal,” said Aris Gonzales, chief operating officer of Avida Land.
“The Heights Katipunan is designed to serve both end-users and investors—offering efficient, climate-resilient homes that align with how people live, study, and work today,” said Gonzales.
The Heights Katipunan will feature a facade designed in collaboration with The Buchan Group Australia Pty Ltd, serving as the project’s international facade consultant, “in line with Avida Land’s focus on global design standards.”
The condominium development will integrate a range of security and safety features such as RFID access control, digital locks, CCTV surveillance, and emergency power supply.
The Heights Katipunan will also incorporate sustainability innovations such as heat-reducing materials and rainwater harvesting systems.
