PAL rolls out promo fares for Japan flights

Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced on Wednesday that it is offering promotional one-way base fares starting at $84 for flights to Japan.

In an advisory, PAL said the promotional fares will be available for booking until February 20, 2026, with the travel period starting on June 1, 2026.

The carrier currently flies to Japan from Manila with its Tokyo Haneda, Tokyo Narita, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sapporo flights. It also flies from Cebu to Osaka and Tokyo Narita.

PAL posted 62% growth in its net income for the third quarter of 2025 to $22 million, driven by the higher frequency of flights and a steady passenger volume during the period. This brought its nine-month net income up 17% to $159 million. —Jon Viktor Cabuenas/VBL, GMA Integrated News
