International hospitality giant Radisson Hotel Group is beefing up its presence in the Philippines with a pipeline of projects set to open within the next two years.

In a news release, Radisson Group said the country now accounts for 35% of its growth across the Southeast Asia-Pacific region.

Underscoring the country’s importance to the hospitality group’s long-term strategy and confidence in the local tourism, the hotels chain said it is set to open Radisson Hotel and Serviced Apartments Clark in 2027.

The hotel will have 252 rooms that is located seven kilometers or a 12-minute drive from the Clark International Airport.

In Metro Manila, the hospitality group is opening the 151-room Park Inn by Radisson Fairview, Quezon City in 2028.

In the north Luzon, Park Inn by Radisson Laoag, Philippines is set to open in 2028, also with 151 rooms. The facility will be located in Laoag City, the capital of Ilocos Norte.

“Fifteen years on from our first opening in Cebu, the Philippines remains one of our strongest growth engines in Southeast Asia-Pacific,” said Christine Angela Sevilla, senior director for Southeast Asia-Pacific development of Radisson Hotel Group.

“The momentum we’re seeing across Cebu, Clark, Metro Manila, Bohol, and key regional destinations reflects the strength of our partnerships and our confidence in the country’s long-term tourism potential. We’re focused on growing responsibly, elevating guest experiences, developing talent, and supporting destinations in a way that creates lasting value for owners and communities,” said Sevilla.
