BDO apps currently down for iOS users

BDO Unibank on Wednesday said its mobile apps are currently down for Apple or iOS users.

In an advisory issued 5 p.m. on April 1, 2026, BDO said it is working on restoring BDO Pay App and BDO Online App services for iOS users “as soon as possible.”

“You may continue using the BDO Online Website and BDO ATMs, or go to your preferred BDO branch for your banking needs,” it said.

For the Holy Week break, BDO announced its branches will be closed from April 2 to April 4, 2026.
