Globe's Asticom partners with Workday to bring finance, HR management solutions in PH
Asticom Holding Co. Inc., Globe group’s digital shared services and outsourcing arm, has partnered with American software company Workday to bring the latter’s human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to businesses in the Philippines.
The partnership deal was signed by Asticom president and CEO Mharicar Castillo-Reyes and Workday ASEAN general manager Jess O’Reilly at a press launch in Taguig City on Tuesday.
“We are pleased to share this collaboration as we continue to strengthen our portfolio of world-class services and solutions, continuously fulfilling our mission of helping businesses grow and thrive in an increasingly digital business landscape,” said Castillo-Reyes.
“Together with Workday, and enabled by the expertise of our teams at Asticom, we are well-positioned to help bring meaningful transformation in HR and finance in the Philippines,” added Castillo-Reyes.
Under the partnership agreement, Asticom’s IT-BPO arm, Asti Business Services Inc (ABSI), will serve as the implementing arm for Workday solutions, leveraging its capabilities in enterprise technology, systems integration, and digital transformation services.
The partnership aims to help organizations modernize workforce management and financial operations while enhancing agility and decision-making through AI-enabled tools.
By integrating AI and automation into HR and finance functions, organizations can improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, accelerate hiring processes, and support employee retention initiatives.
Moreover, the partnership also positions Asticom as a trusted local partner for Workday solutions, enabling Philippine enterprises to access and implement globally recognized HR and finance technologies designed to support digital transformation and operational efficiency.
“As enterprises in the Philippines look to navigate a rapidly evolving digital landscape, the need for intelligent, AI-powered solutions has never been greater. We are excited to collaborate with Asticom to bring our world-class HCM and finance standards to more local organizations,” said O’Reilly.
“By combining our global technology with Asticom’s local presence and the technical expertise of ABSI, we aim to help businesses unlock new levels of productivity and workforce resilience in the age of AI,” added O’Reilly.
Asticom is a wholly owned subsidiary of Globe Telecom and part of the Ayala group.
Its portfolio spans talent solutions, human resources, customer experience, IT, finance and accounting, and engineering services.
With more than a decade of industry experience, the company serves over 200 clients and employs more than 4,000 professionals nationwide. — BAP, GMA News
