GrabPay joins a long list of banks and e-wallets which reduced or waived transfer fees in relation to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ Circular No. 1238, which took effect last Saturday, July 4, 2028.
The circular is the implementation of Memorandum 2026-025 dated June 17, when the BSP Monetary Board lifted the moratorium on changes to InstaPay and PESONet transaction fees. —VAL, GMA News
