Megaworld to build 'tallest residential tower' in Western Visayas

Listed property developer Megaworld Corp. will build an 80-meter high residential tower in Iloilo City, the company revealed in an emailed statement, saying it is going to be the tallest in Western Visayas.

 

The Palladium, with 20 floors and 482 units is "poised to be the tallest building in the region," the company said in an emailed statement.

 

Target completion of the tower is in 2018, Harold Geronimo, Megaworld Communications head, told GMA News Online.

 

"Since last year, we have been experiencing consistent growth in demand for residential towers..." Jennifer Palmares-Fong, Iloilo Business Park marketing head, said in the statement. 

 

Iloilo Business Park is a 72-hectare township development by Megaworld. – VS, GMA News
