Oil firms roll back fuel prices
After several fuel price hikes in past weeks, oil firms finally rolled down the prices of their products Sunday morning. Effective 12:01 a.m. Sunday, Flying V and Eastern Petroleum brought down prices of kerosene, diesel, regular and unleaded gasoline, radio dzBB reported. The report said Flying V and Eastern slashed prices of premium and unleaded gas by 20 centavos per liter, and kerosene and diesel by 80 centavos per liter. Eastern Petroleum also brought down prices of regular gasoline by 40 centavos per liter, the report said. Shell and Petron also brought down prices of their products, including premium gas by 20 centavos per liter; regular gas by 40 centavos per liter; diesel by 80 centavos per liter; and kerosene by 90 centavos per liter.
