PAL flying to Guangdong starting July 16

Philippine Airlines (PAL) on Tuesday said it has added Guandong to its itinerary with a maiden flight taking off from Manila to the southeastern China province—the flag carrier's sixth Chinese destination—on July 16.
PAL president Ramon S. Ang said the airline flying to the capital city of Guangzhou four times a week. “The launching of the Manila-Guangzhou-Manila route aims to further strengthen the strong ties between both cities.
“More importantly, this will allow business travelers and tourists the chance to spend time in the Philippines, and hop to any of our domestic or international destinations,” he added.
PAL will be one of the few full-service carriers to operate at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The other PAL destinations in China are Beijing, Xiamen, Shanghai, Macau, and Hong Kong. — VS, GMA News
