A line trip triggered a power outage that affected parts of Pangasinan province Saturday morning, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines said.
In an advisory on its Twitter account, the NGCP said the power outage affected parts the province serviced by the CENPELCO and PANELCO I.
The NGCP said the affected areas included Labrador, Sual, Alaminos, Mabini, Burgos, Dasol, Infanta, Agno, Bani, Anda and Bolinao in Pangasinan.
"Reports indicate that the Labrador-Bolinao 69kV line tripped at 10:26 a.m.," the NGCP said.
It did not immediately give an estimate on when power could be restored. — Joel Locsin /LBG, GMA News
