Gasoline prices to be rolled back; diesel no change –Unioil

The pump price of gasoline would be rolled back in the coming week, Unioil Petroleum Philippines said Saturday.

In its fuel price forecast for July 7 to 13 trading week, Unioil said the price per liter of gasoline should go down by P0.70 to P0.80.

“Diesel should have no price movement,” it said.

Fuel companies usually announce price adjustments every Monday to be effective the following day.

Data from the Department of Energy showed that the year-to-date adjustments for gasoline stood at a net decrease of P4.97 per liter and P8.84 per liter for diesel. — DVM, GMA News
