Glitch isolates LRT-1’s Roosevelt station

Another glitch hit the Light Rail Transit Line 1 on Friday, forcing the transit system to limit trips between Monumento in Caloocan City and Baclaran in southern Metro Manila.

The problem kept trains from servicing the Roosevelt Station in Quezon City.

Full operations resumed at 3:57 p.m.

LRT Authority spokesman Hernando Cabrera said the "degraded" revenue operations started at 3:15 p.m., due to a signalling fault.

"Yung ating Line 1 nagpatupad ng degraded operation," he said in an interview on dzBB radio.
