LRT Line-1 trips disrupted – report

MANILA, Philippines – The north-bound trips of the Light Rail Transit Line-1 (LRT 1) were temporarily stalled Monday morning after a train encountered glitches in one of its stations. In an interview on dzBB radio, Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) administrator Melquiades Robles said a train approaching Carriedo station lost its pressure. "Bumaba po yung pressure ng train six minutes ago approaching Carriedo station. Aalisin na po yung train sa tracks (The train’s pressure fell when it was approaching Carried station. We will remove it from the tracks," Robles said. As of this posting, the LRTA is moving to resume their operations.
