Former actress Guia Gomez and her son, JV Ejercito stood tall in the local elections in San Juan City. GMA News reported that early Tuesday, Gomez and Ejercito were proclaimed mayor-elect and congressman-elect, respectively, in the city which has produced a Philippine president in the person of Joseph Estrada. JV is the son of Estrada and Gomez.
