Duterte visits mother’s tomb to mark her 7th death anniversary

President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday night  visited the grave of his mother to mark her seventh death anniversary.

Duterte was accompanied by former Special Assistant to the President Christopher “Bong” Go during his visit to the Roman Catholic cemetery in Davao City.

The President’s mother, Soledad, died at the age of 95 on February 4, 2012.

His father, former Davao governor Vicente Duterte, died in 1968 when the chief executive was still in his 20s. — MDM, GMA News
