'BIKOY HAD INFILTRATED NSA'

Lacson mocks inclusion of Diaz, Ho in oust-Duterte matrix

Senator Panfilo Lacson on Thursday mocked the inclusion of athletes Hidilyn Diaz and Gretchen Ho in the new oust-Duterte matrix released by Malacañang.

“Their inclusion in the matrix either involved excellent intelligence work or Bikoy had infiltrated NSA (National Security Agency),” Lacson said on Twitter.

Bikoy is the hooded man in the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” video series that accused President Rodrigo Duterte’s family and closed allies of  involvement in the illegal drug trade.

Lacson said Diaz, a weightlifter, has brought honor to the country while Ho, a volleyball player and TV host, has carved out a name for herself in her field “both through discipline and hard work.”

Diaz and Ho both questioned their inclusion in the matrix presented by presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo on Wednesday.

Diaz, an Air Force sergeant and working to compete in the Olympics next year, said she had no time to be involved in such things.

"Dami ko pang goals sa life and Pinas para sumali sa ganyan bagay. Na-shock lang ako nalink ako sa ganyan," Diaz tweeted in reaction to a news report on Panelo's diagram on the supposed plan to discredit the administration.

Ho, meanwhile, was among those who were invited and attended a "private dinner" for celebrities hosted by Duterte and his partner Honeylet Avanceña at the Palace on Tuesday night.

"So ano ba talaga? Am I trying to oust or support the government?" Ho said in a tweet on Wednesday afternoon. —KBK, GMA News
