‘TAO LANG’

Erwin Tulfo apologizes to Bautista, sees toned-down style of commentary

Broadcast journalist Erwin Tulfo on Monday apologized to Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rolando Bautista, this time without any reservation.

Tulfo also indicated that he might have to tone down his style of commentary over the airwaves.

Tulfo on Thursday apologized for his excessive rant last week against Bautista supposedly after he was told to request an interview before he could talk to the secretary on air.

While he apologized for calling Baustita names, Tulfo said he was standing by his comments as regards the secretary not being able to fulfill his duties.

Asked if he was considering changing his style, Tulfo said, "You can call out the attention of someone without cursing on air."

"That's the reason... I really am sorry. I think i have to tone down and change my style," Tulfo said. —NB, GMA News
