Vince Dizon named OIC chairperson of Clark Development Corporation

Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) president Vince Dizon will temporarily run the office of the chairperson of the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), a Malacañang official said Thursday.

Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea said President Rodrigo Duterte designated Dizon as OIC chairperson of the CDC, a subsidiary of the BCDA that manages the Clark Freeport Zone.

Dizon is also the deputy chief implementer of the National Task Force Against COVID-19 and Duterte’s adviser on flagship programs and projects.

The President also recently appointed former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo as his adviser on Clark flagship programs and projects.

The CDC's previous chairperson is Jose de Jesus, a former Transportation secretary. De Jesus assumed the CDC post in 2017. — Virgil Lopez/RSJ, GMA News
