Gov't extends Alert Level 3 in NCR until Nov. 14, 2021

The government has extended the Alert Level 3 classification in the National Capital Region (NCR) for the first two weeks of November, Malacañang announced on Friday.

Under Alert Level 3, several establishments — including restaurants, gyms, cinemas and movie houses — will be allowed to operate at 30% indoor venue capacity only for fully vaccinated individuals and 50% outdoor venue capacity, provided that all employees are fully vaccinated.

Roque, however, said the government has now approved increased operational capacity for public transport to a maximum of 70% starting November 4.

"The DOTR (Department of Transportation) will issue a memo on this," he said.
