Radio commentator ambushed in Surigao

(Updated 4:11 p.m.) A lone gunman shot and injured Monday a radio commentator in Surigao City in Surigao del Norte, radio reports said. Radio station dzMM quoted the police as identifying the victim as a certain Manny Kong of radio station dxSN in Surigao City. Initial reports indicated that the gunman approached the victim and attacked him in front of the radio station office at around 1:30 p.m., the report added.
