Cops eye love triangle in slay of Fliptop rapper Lil John in Imus

A fliptop rapper was shot and killed in Imus, Cavite.

According to a report on "QRT" on Tuesday, John Ross Delos Santos, better known as rapper Lil John, was sitting on his motorcycle when a gunman shot him twice on the head.

Delos Santos was waiting for a female companion who reportedly bought food when he was shot.

Investigators said Delos Santos was in the area to be with his supposed girlfriend.

The chief of the Imus police said investigators were looking at love triangle as possible motive behind the crime.

The victim's wife and live-in partner may be invited by the police to get their respective statements. —NB, GMA News
