Meyah's nephew found dead where Jang Lucero's body was discovered

Meyah Amatorio's nephew Adrian Ramos was found dead hours after he and Jang Lucero's girlfriend were abducted by heavily armed men at the family compound in Bay, Laguna on Wednesday noon.

According to John Consulta's report on "24 Oras", Ramos' body was found in Calamba just meters away from where Lucero's remains were found weeks ago.

Amatorio and Lucero were a couple.

Lucero, a part-time driver, was stabbed 52 times in June.

Ramos' body was recovered twelve hours after the abduction on Wednesday.

Ramos was found blindfolded and tied up. The words “mamatay tao", “pusher", and "hoodlum ako, wag tularan” were written on a carton left above the victim.

“Dito po madilim na. Kaunti na lang dumadaan na sasakyan, mag gagabi na, bihira ang tao, bihira ang duamdaan,” Willy Piamonte, a barangay responder, said.

“Mas malimit kasi ang nakukuha dito, tinatapon na lang, kaysa dito pinapatay. Dito ginagawa ‘yung krimen? Hindi dito,” Mario Molino, a barangay tanod, said.

Upon inspection, Ramos’ nose was found broken while wires were wrapped around her neck. He also had stab wounds which indicated that the victim had suffered before dying.

Relatives identified Ramos due to a limp on his right foot.

The lawyers of Amatorio declined to give comment in fear of her safety. However, on Wednesday, Amatorio’s mother appealed to President Rodrigo Duterte.

“Mr. President, parang awa mo na. ‘Yung naiipit na anak ko na pinagbibintangan kay John Lucero, wala siyang kasalanan. Pati ‘yung aking apo, wala silang- inosenteng-inosente sila,” Dolores Amatorio said.

The National Bureau of Investigation Laguna District Office also declined to give comment as they are in the middle of the investigation. The Laguna Provincial Police Office is working on finding Amatario. -NB, GMA News
